It is a pleasure to invite you to our next session, where we will explore the challenges and opportunities of attracting seed capital for impact funds in developing countries, as well as the role of diasporas in leveraging tech capacities for support of an impact venture ecosystem in the homeland.
Vahagn Voskanyan, Managing Partner at ArmTech Impact Studio Fund (ATIF) will share their blended approaches to structuring an early-stage impact fund through integration of the following key elements:
- smart money
- members-managed fund structure
- a studio fund
- capacity building for investors
- IMM frameworks
The session will also cover the distribution of roles and responsibilities among “Active”, “Strategic” and “Development” partners, and their participation in screening, investment committees and Studio Cohort support.
