Jacob Gray, Managing Partner of Hill Gray Partners, will introduce practical methods and frameworks developed in partnership with Dr. Sherryl Kuhlman of the Wharton Social Impact Initiative and leveraging industry consensus built through The Impact Management Project.    We will present nine impact risk categories, using cases to dive deeper into select risks including the alignment of financial and impact goals, the participation of stakeholders, and evidence backing the impact business model. We will also discuss cases where failing to properly assess impact risks has led to short-lived or absent positive effects, as well as serious negative unintended consequences.
