Our next Vancouver Chapter convening will be an opportunity to help support Canadian entrepreneurs and business owners in our network that we're invested in, do business with, and just simply care about, as they confront daunting and potentially existential threats to their business.
If there is someone or some organization that you want to tell others about, we invite you to bring them along as a guest to this meet-up. It could provide them with new contacts and lead to more business, or it could identify resources or expertise within our community that will help them pivot or adapt their business in the face of uncertainty and potentially increased costs. Please let me know in advance so that I can add them to the attendee list. We'd also like to leave time for some of you to introduce your guest to the group as a whole, so if you'd like to do that, please also mention that in your email to me (richard.muller@svx.ca)
We'll also explore how we could collectively help BC and Canadian businesses face the political and economic headwinds buffeting our country.
I'm excited and honoured that Robin Ashmore, CEO of All Purpose Creative, has generously offered to host this meeting and help facilitate our discussion. After 15 years, leading design for IBM’s Center for Advanced Learning, Robin co-founded All Purpose with a mission to blend creativity, technology and behavioral science into powerful digital experiences that inspire change. As a certified B Corp, their impact-driven ethos guides everything they do, combining behavioral science, compassionate design, storytelling and strategic innovation to craft experiences that actively shape user behavior, inspire audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.
