38th Impact for Breakfast Geneva

The powerful imperatives of networks, incentives & visibility

Much has been said about impact platforms, networks and infrastructure. Most of us agree it's important to work together, and yet action is still hard to take. It's time to turn to practitioners and stakeholders in our ecosystem, and test a range of possible technical, legal and 'incentive structure' solutions.

This session will be a working ‘masterclass’ in systems thinking, as we explore together the key levers (legal, technical, metrics and financial) that amplify the effects of our respective efforts. Before you join us on the 11th, for this highly interactive session, we would like you to map out on the back of an envelope what you think are the key weaknesses/gaps in the current thinking around platforms and infrastructure.
