Dear Friends,
We are happy to welcome Megha Aggarwal, Co-Founder and CEO of Leap Skills Academy, an impact focused skill development organization headquartered in New Delhi.

“Give me a place to stand, and a lever long enough, and I will move the world.”

LEAP is a fast-growing organization which is addressing India’s skill problem through innovation, audacity and heart. The LEAP team believes that where you come from should not govern the opportunities you get and what you can make of your life. Leap Skills believes in creating high quality impactful solutions at scale in a cost-efficient manner for any learner who dreams big and is motivated enough to work for it.

LEAP aims to address the trilemma of cost, quality and scale in the Indian education labyrinth. Combining the strengths of a classroom environment, where learners have access to mentorship, peer learning, project work, and interactivity, with the convenience, flexibility, and engagement of a mobile learning platform, LEAP is focused on creating equal opportunity.

Megha before she founded LEAP was associated with several international and domestic organizations like the University of Pennsylvania, Asian Development Bank, the Planning Commission, the Azim Premji Foundation and the Wadhwani Foundation. An ex-investment banker who worked in London and New York for several years, she was a Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics and is an alumnus of the University of Oxford and St Stephen's College.

Please join us on 12 July to hear from Megha about her journey with Leap Skills, about the immensity of the skills problems in India and how they are addressed.

Spaces are limited so please RSVP by clicking on the RSVP link below.

We look forward to hearing from you!
